  1. Introduction
    1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website travel.sbsmeet.in (“Site”) and any services, bookings or products offered through it (together, the “Services”).
    1.2 By using the Site or making a booking you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or book any Service.
  2. Operator
    2.1 The Site is operated by SBS Meet (or the entity operating travel.sbsmeet.in). For questions, complaints or notices contact: admin@travel.sbsmeet.in (replace with the correct email).
  3. Definitions
    3.1 “User”, “you” or “your” means any person who uses the Site or purchases Services.
    3.2 “Booking” means any reservation made through the Site for travel, accommodation, tours, events or related services.
  4. Services & Bookings
    4.1 The Site acts as an information and booking platform. Specific travel products and third-party supplier terms may also apply.
    4.2 All Bookings are subject to availability. A Booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from the Site or supplier and full payment (if required) is processed.
  5. Pricing & Payment
    5.1 Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change until a Booking is confirmed.
    5.2 You must provide accurate billing information. Payment options and schedules are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the selected payment gateway; we do not store full payment card details.
    5.3 Any taxes, levies or government charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
    6.1 Cancellation, change and refund rules depend on the supplier and the specific product. Supplier cancellation policies (shown at booking) will apply where applicable.
    6.2 If refunds are permitted, processing times depend on payment method and may take several business days. Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted.
    6.3 We may cancel or change a Booking for operational reasons (including supplier failure). If we must cancel, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative where possible. Our liability is limited as set out in these Terms.
  7. Travel Documents, Health & Insurance
    7.1 You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and health certificates required for travel.
    7.2 You should obtain appropriate travel, medical and cancellation insurance covering you and your party. We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance before travel.
  8. User Responsibilities & Conduct
    8.1 You must provide accurate contact, identity and travel information. You are responsible for names on travel documents matching official IDs.
    8.2 You must behave lawfully and respect local laws and regulations. The Site may refuse service for unlawful or abusive behavior.
  9. Third-Party Suppliers & Links
    9.1 Some Services are provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, transport companies, tour operators). Their terms and policies may apply and differ from ours. We are not responsible for supplier acts or omissions except where required by law.
    9.2 The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
  10. Accuracy of Information
    10.1 We strive to keep information accurate, but errors, omissions or pricing mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse Bookings made in error, including after payment, if a material mistake is discovered.
  11. Promotions & Vouchers
    11.1 Promotions, vouchers and discount codes are subject to specific terms (validity period, applicable products). Only one promotion may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.
  12. Intellectual Property
    12.1 All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned or licensed by the Site operator. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
  13. Privacy
    13.1 Personal data collected is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data under that policy.
  14. Limitation of Liability
    14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; (b) loss of profit, revenue or goodwill; (c) loss or damage arising from supplier failures, delays, cancellations, weather, strikes, acts of government or other events beyond our reasonable control.
    14.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability for direct proven loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Booking.
  15. Indemnity
    15.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Site operator against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence or willful misconduct.
  16. Force Majeure
    16.1 We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbance, strikes, supplier failures, or government restrictions.
  17. Complaints & Refund Requests
    17.1 If you have a complaint, notify our customer support at admin@travel.sbsmeet.in (or the provided contact) as soon as possible and provide relevant booking details. We will investigate and respond in a reasonable timeframe.
  18. Modifications to Terms
    18.1 We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will show an effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  19. Severability
    19.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in force.
  20. Entire Agreement
    20.1 These Terms, together with any documents expressly referred to (booking confirmation, supplier terms, Privacy Policy), form the entire agreement between you and the Site operator.
  21. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    21.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India (or specify preferred jurisdiction).
